Activity streams plugin

1. Hi Brajesh,

   Here is one plugin suggestion :
   It would be nice to add an activity stream comment on a post or on a forum topic directly in the comments of the post or as a reply in the forum topic.
   Also, it would be nice to add the ability to make some activity update sticky (admin capability)

   Would that be possible?
