  1. Hi all,
For those of you that know me or I've helped you out in anyway,
Maybe you have wondered where i have been for the past few months,
Well to let you know i got involed in a road accident, ie: some idiot ran me over!
Broke....Well shattered my leg, But that was nothing,
I also got informed that i got a lump in hospital,
They did their tests and found i had the proteins for a tumour,
But as it was alot of proteins i had Chemotherapy before i had a biopsy to confirm what they thought,
It was confirmed, I'm still under going test to see if it has spread to my lymph nodes in my stomach area and possibly the chest area,
Hopefully it hasn't, But I've been really ill with the chemotherapy and not done much, But be sick!
So just thought I'd give you a heads up that i maybe a little while longer,
Hopefully in a few more weeks I'll be back to normal....ish anyway!
Take care and I'll be with you soon!
    Regards.
    Ben..

  2. Hi Ben,
It's great to see your message here. I am sorry to hear about that unfortunate turn of events. I hope the Chemotherapy cures the cells before it spreads further. Life has it turn of highs and lows. May God give you the strength to sustain through all these bad times and recover you soon.

My best wishes and prayers are always with you. Please take rest and do not worry about other things. Health is the first priority and then comes anything else.

You have always been a great help here and I look forward to see you getting well soon. Hope the things becomes normal and you get well soon.

    With best wishes
    Brajesh

  7. @RUDD3R(Ben) Know that you are included in my prayers. I did wonder what happened to you. Used to be that whenever I visited the Buddydev forums, I could see you answering topics posted.

What a double shocker, to have been a victim of an accident - I hope that the driver was apprehended - then learn about the lumps and then undergo chemotherapy. Trying to see the silver lining, I was thinking that if you didn't have the car accident, you wouldn't have learned about the lumps until much later when it might not have been treatable anymore.

My father underwent chemotherapy 5 years ago and I remember he liked having bunches of eucalyptus branches in vases beside his bed because they helped him relax after his chemo.

Get well soon. Keep in touch.

  8. Thanks for the messages,
@mercime the eucalyptus was suggested to me by someone else i met in hospital and then after reading what you put i thought i would try it,
It helped, Especially helped these past 2 weeks as I've had the Flu, That and mint leaves in boiling water,
Rather annoying to have the Flu when I'm already feeling sick,
But thats clearing now so all is good, Still got a few more tests to have before i fully get the all clear,
Then if i do then it'll be the few check ups a year to make sure it hasn't spread or to reoccur anywhere else,
Anyway i hope you all had a great Christmas and a lovely New year,
Hopefully in a few days i can have a good read of all the posts on here and check out the new updates as i know I've missed out and have a lot of catching up to do.
    Take care.
