BP-Callery will not allow me to upload videos

1. Hey all! Awesome site with cool plugins! 1 problem - bp-Gallery will not allow me to upload video. WP 3.2.1 and BP 1.5.1 What can this be? CHeers, Aron

2. Hi there. If you checked "Videos" in BuddyPress > Gallery Settings > Allowed Gallery Types, it's possible that the video file size is larger than the "Maximum upload space per User" and/or "Max upload file size for media"

3. Mercime,

   THanks! Looking at PHP info, the max upload file size (for now ;P ) is 8MB
   Set it to that, still only allows me to upload 3MB files or a little more and does not play everything.

   Only uploads FLV and MOV.

   Any thoughts?

4. Hi Aron,
   for the allowed size you might want to check the max post size.

   As of playable video, the included player(mediaelement,js player) plays only h.264 encoded video. It will play avi/other container format too if they are encoded with h.264 encoding.
