After I upload a video, there's a black image with "download file" link. How do I make the video embedded?

Is it happening for all videos or just a couple of them.
The problem is with the player, if the file is not playable by Medika Element Player, It shows a download link otherwise It will show the play screen.btw, sometimes this does happen if the javasacript code used to enable player is conflicting. So, just trying to know if it is happening with all the uploaded videos or just a couple of them ?
