Edit Control of the "media_description" textarea...

  1. Brajesh,

    In a picture gallery with multiple uploaded pictures, if I select "edit" on one of them, I am able to edit the contents of the textarea box. I am also able to adjust the size of that textarea box. When I try the adjust the size by dragging it over to the right, a good portion of the resized box is hidden under adjacent pictures.

    Can that be fixed by CSS or is there an alternative? Using firebug to change the z-index doesn't work. Thanks!

  2. Hi Quint,
    That will be a css issue. try playing with the overflow property on the textarea or its container.

  3. Hey Brajesh,

    I've tried it on as many parent containers that made sense... overflow: visible. None worked. It's not just the textarea either, the other buttons below the elastic textarea (as it's size is being changed) will dive below the other pictures.
