As I understand, Eventpress Gallery is supposed to allow registered members upload photos and not just event admin. Yet, when I try to test this functionality out with a dummy account, I am not presented with the option to upload. Please help out!

Hi Brad,
For normal registered member, the upload button should appear inside the gallery.
for example, when you navigate to eventXyz->EventGallery-Xyz
i.e. the single gallery page of event and you are a registered member, It should show the upload/add media button.
btw, which version of eventpress plugin you are using ?Posted 11 months ago # -
No, it's not working for me. When I log on as a registered user, it just shows the album cover without the upload button. Also, when I create gallery as admin, after I save the gallery, instead of taking me to the media manager, it just shows a small, thin, green line. I can send you screens if you wish...

Hi Brad,
Please click on the Test gallery.
Is there an upload button inside it or not ?Posted 11 months ago # -
I can't even click on it, the link doesn't work. You're more than welcome to come over to soundvaults.com and test the functionality yourself.

Hi Brad,
On your site you have a javascript error on gallery page. Since gallery uses javascript(and javascript is single thread language, even a single error can stop all other scripts). Can you please check using firebug and let me know the reason of that error?

Ok, stupid question. Have Firebug installed, have it running, how do I see the error?

Hi Brad,
Please click on the firebug icon, then click on the console tab.Posted 10 months ago # -

-syntax error

Any chance to look into this?

Hi Brad,
That error seems to be coming from something else.
Can you try by disabling other plugins? Specially, if you are using any user restriction plugin for the site.Posted 10 months ago #
