Is BP Gallery working with WordPress 3.2 and BuddyPress 1.2.9?

1. Hey. Clicking on gallery things just brings me to my installation's homepage. Any ideas?

   BP gallery is compatible with BuddyPress 1.2.9

   seems like you were using bp-default theme.

   Please check if the "gallery" folder is present in your current theme or not. If not, please re upload that.

5. BP-Gallery is not working with BP 1.2.9 that uses BuddyPress Template Pack. I have installed BP, with BP-Template (I could not figure out how to add buddypress tag so I still have "BuddyPress is ready" message). I also activated Bp gallery Migrator and then deactivated as mentioned in instructions.

   I moved "gallery" folder in bp-default theme folder, that did not work. Then I moved gallery folder to the plugins/bp-template-pack/templates/ folder which I assumed is equivalent to bp-default theme folder. That also did not work.

   I have also moved 4 php files to those folders to test, and no success.

   I have removed all other BP plugins and that helped me see the GALLERY tab on BP drop down menu. But when I click on MY GALLERY, CREATE GALLERY, or UPLOAD it seems that there is no PHP file associated so I am redirected to home page or root from HTACCESS. Please help I have spent close to 8 hours working on this

6. I believe you're supposed to copy the "gallery" folder to your child theme, and not bp-default. That's what I did, and it works for me.

7. I did. I moved gallery to the bp-template-pack folder cause that is what I had to install to get BP to work. when you say child theme are you talking about my THEME under APPEARANCES tab?

   Please move gallery to your current theme. The theme which is your main theme with WordPress and for which you are using bp-template pack.

   It should be the theme which shows currently active in your appearance tab.

9. Thank you Brajesh, works now! 1 of the best plugin!!!

   I just have a small issue creating gallery. When I press CREATE GALLERY tab on pages it does nothing, and when I select CREATE GALL. from drop down menu on toolbar the SAVE GALLERY button does nothing.

   Any fix for this?

10. Hi Junior,
    Is Your Bp template pack updated for buddypress 1.2.9?
    Are other ajax functions like loading of activities/posting updates/replies working for you(Just making sure that you have updated the bp-template pack for bp 1.2.9 or not).

    AS you say about the error, just open the firebug console and click on persist. Then check if there is a javascript conflict/.error ?

11. Hi Brajesh. I am using BuddyPress Template Pack Version 1.1.4 with BuddyPress Version 1.2.9,
    it says that it is compatible

    "BuddyPress Template Pack 1.1.4 Updates to BP 1.2.9 template files"

    Activity and POST UPDATES buttons and pages work fine.

    I just selected PERSIST in firebug and see this after pressing SAVE GALLERY button:
    JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data
    [Break On This Error] resp=JSON.parse(response);
