  1. I am wondering if there is an API call that could be made to format a date to match the date selected in the Admin General Settings panel?

I said I wouldn't bother you 'til Monday, but I wanted to get this in the queue.

Nobody seems as responsive and open with their plugin updating than you are. I appreciate that!

Jet Events is one plugin that is slow to update. Many have asked for changes and not gotten any support, or got it delayed quite a while. Any help is appreciated.

  5. Hi Roy,
can you please clarify where you want this date to appear as the admin selected format in general settings, as there are too many istances of formatted date in jet event.

you can access the current selected date format using get_option('date_format')
but we may or may not use it with jet event. please let me know where you want to have the date formatted(on which jet event page)

  6. Mostly it appears on the single event page (start and end dates), but it is also on the create/edit event page where the start and end dates appear in the input box. I tried the get_option function, but that did not seem to help. It appears the single event template exists in both the plugin folder and the theme folder.
