  1. Hi,

    I just purchased BP Gallery and followed every step from the instructions (also logged out and in again) but I can't upload anything.
    I use:

    BP Gallery 1.0.7
    WordPress 3.0.5
    PHP Version 5.2.17

    The only thing I have to mention is that I placed the Wordpress installation in a folder (for example: http://www.test.com/site)
    Hopefully you can help me?!
    Greetings,

    Bart

  2. Hi Bart,
    disable the flash upload and try to upload. Does it work ? if yes, you are using perhaps a plugin like mantinence mode/under construction causing the auth_cookie to be reset on front page. Please let me know what happens when you try to upload after disabling the flash uploader.

  3. Hi Brajesh,

    I tried this already but it also did not work.
    Now I got the message "You don't have sufficient permissions."
    And I don't have a plugin for maintenance mode.
    I can send you the ftp and site info if you want to have a look?
    Greetings,

    Bart

  4. Hi Bert, Please PM me a test account. That will be sufficient for testing. Please make sure to provide admin access for the test account.

    Thanks

  5. Hi Bert,
    You had a mod_security issue preventing file upload. I have disabled it in .htacces and it is working. you may want to ask your webhost if they can suggest better approach.
    Please check your site and let me know.

    Thanks

  6. Hello, I am having the same problem.

    When using the flash uploader, I am able to upload images just fine on my computer but my friend next to me is not able to on their computer. I turned off the flash uploader and my friend is able to upload just fine.

    Using the flash uploader for them, it either pretends to upload then doesnt actually upload anything, or it will say You do not have sufficient privileges. I turned the flash uploader off and it works for them, but this is not ideal since sometimes many images need to be uploaded. I'm not sure why it's just related to my friend's computer, but I'm going to assume other users could potentially have the same problem. (I tried deactivating mod_security on .htaccess and even the whole domain just to test and there was no difference.)

    Aside from figuring out what's going on, I would suggest when having the flash uploader up, also having the option to deactivate it and use the regular uploader.

  14. @Brajesh,

    You forgot to add .clear css class to structure.css.

    .clear{
    clear: both;
    }

    This plugin isn't ready to be called "premium". It's a mess. I hope PayPal will get me my money back.

  15. @Jason,
    I don't support adult sites, pm me your paypal email and I will refund right away.

    The clear class may be my mistake, I assumed It will be available in most of the theme(at least bp-default have it).

  16. @all,
    If you get the above error, 3 things to check.
    1. have you read the documentation ? Please make sure to logout and login after activating the plugin
    2. Do you have php5 ?
    3. does your upload directory has write permission set ?

    If you have gone through all of these, Please let me know.
