hope Im not posting twice.. I cant find a post i made earlier today, so thinking maybe I never pressed submit (or it got deleted). if it got deleted, then delete this one too. :) sorry.
Ok, I was wondering about theme layouts. and if pages were actually sub blogs. like this site has the following pages: "plugins", "themes"... is that just a page that points to a blog titled "plugins".
Im setting up a site and just wanted to make sure im doing it right.

sorry, No I did not delete any post/topic here. It seems some other issue might have occurred.
The themes/plugins on this site are custom post types with hierarchy allowed for version of plugins themes and documentation.
Most probably you don't need to have multiple blogs until and unless you are setting up a site for exclusively different purposes(say various departments of a college on same site) or a network.
