Upload a picture (jpeg) in member profile during registration

1. Hi

   Besides the Avatar Id like to give members the option to upload a Company Logo on their profile page. Is there an easy way to realize this? I had a look at Album+ and several other plugins but dont like these. All I want is for user to upload 1 image which will appear on their profile.

   Any help is appreciated

3. That looks like that could be an interesting new plugin which could hook into BP Gallery to allow you to upload an image to xprofile area along with image link.

   I could see this used for BuddyPress installs for inter-organizational groups or crossover-associations say, real estate professionals, automobile enthusiasts, or fans touting their favorite football/basketball teams, etc.
