    No there is no point system which works with Global System at the moment. Since you are willing to pay for the mods, I will advise you to contact @Tosh http://buddypress.org/community/members/xberserker/ (the developer of the bp cube point plugin)

    He should be able to help you. If you can get in touch with him, I will help him to know the action hooks if he needs.
