If you don't want to go with the lighbox(which obviously does not allow comments), then the only other way is to link it to the single media page, which is already there. So, clicking on image will take them to the single media page , where they can comment. If you want to open that in new tab, you can just put
target="_blank" in the link element as
<div class='media-image'>" target="_blank"><img src="<?php bp_media_thumb_src();?>" /></div>
But I am not sure if that solves the purpose ?
NOW my question is, i still use the recent photo template - is perfect
my question is, how can i use the pretty gallery lightbox to show the pics into the lightbox
ref="prettygallery" or what ??
