Updates about BuddyDev themes Plugins and all
Hi all
Hope you all are doing well. It was unfortunate for me to be away without keeping you all informed for the last 5 days, so I am back here and would like to keep you all posted about the current status.
I had some health issues earlier so, I was not much active and came to another city for change(It's a small city in the state Haryana called Panchkula). Here my problem was getting the internet connection activated and a place to work with. So finally today, I got the broadband connection active and a place for my office to work.
I moved here because it is quiet calm around and it is far from the crowd of Delhi. Yes, I was highly In need of some quality time and I am glad, here I have got everything.
So, I am availabe to BuddDev comminity as normal from today onwards.
Here is the current Plan for BuddyDev:
- Cosmic Buddy: Will be released on 10th March 2010 around 2 PM PST
- Bp-Wire: The plugin to add wire support to your social network: will be released 10th March 2010
- Bp-Gallery Rc2: 11th/12th March 2010
- BP Gallery Stable 14th-15th March 2010
- Bp-Mag Theme for Buddypress 17th March
- Bp Chat: Will be released on 21st-23rd March
This is the plan I have for now and There will be no deadline missing anymore.
Further after 20th March, there will be a Design Geek joining me here(not sure about the date yet), so you can expect many more themes in future.
Hope I am able to clear the doubt around.

I'm impressed with the functionality of this plugin, great job!
I do however have an issue with media uploads. I am able to upload files without a problem on my dev system but when I post the plugin to my production environment uploads fail. The upload process steps through each piece as if the upload was successful. Unortunately, after the upload status bar has completed I am presented with the "You have not uploaded anything yet. Upload Now." message.
Have you seen this issue before and if so, what is can I do to resolve the problem.

I downloaded your theme Cosmic Buddy and I must say I love it.
I am running:
Wordpress 2.9.2
Buddypress 1.2.2.1
Buddypress Album+
Cosmic Buddy 1.1 RC1
Everything works great EXCEPT:
User can't change avatar. Pictures upload fine but the path for viewing is wrong. There is a / missing after src=" in the line of code that tries to retrieve the picture.
This may be something in my installation or the theme?
Grateful for any suggestions

I have not found such issue.
Please test the avatar uploading using bp-default theme. Does it work. If yes, then I will be again looking at the conditions to reproduce it. If not, then it means there are some other issues causing avatar failure.
