We need service account to allow server to server uploads. In this step, we will be creating a new service account with limited rights to help us work with the storage.<\/p>\n

We assume that you are logged in to your google cloud console and are on the dashboard of your project. If not, Please check the first step<\/a> and come back after that.<\/p>\n

Step 1:- Click On the Left hamburger menu to open side panel as shown below<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>:- Click on\u00a0 API & Services in the side panel as shown below<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>:- Credentials Screen<\/p>\n

You should see the credentials screen as below<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>:- Click on “Create Credentials”<\/p>\n

You should see a popup like this<\/p>\n

Select “Service Account<\/strong>” from the list.<\/p>\n

Step 5<\/strong>:- Credentials Form<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> Select “New”<\/p>\n

You will get the form with more details as below<\/p>\n

Enter all the details as you please.<\/p>\n

For Role please select “Storage Admin” as shown below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on “Create<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Step 6<\/strong>:- Credential details.<\/p>\n

Once you click “Create”, you will receive a JSON file. It should be downloaded automatically. Here is how It appears in chrome browser.<\/p>\n

Open the file with a Text editor. <\/strong>Any text editor will work.<\/p>\n

You will see the file contents similar to the below screenshot<\/p>\n

Select everything\u00a0 and copy.<\/p>\n

Step 7<\/strong>:- Save details.<\/p>\n

Please visit Dashboard->Settings->WP Cloud Storage -> Google Cloud Storage tab and enter the details as shown below.<\/p>\n

Once you Save the details, the Select a bucket field will be populated with your buckets list(if you already created them).\u00a0 If it populates, Please select the bucket and save again(even if the bucket appears to be saved).<\/strong><\/p>\n
