    Hello Erwin,

    Thank you for the acknowledgement. Can you please try after deactivating other plugins, custom code and switching to default WordPress theme temporarily. If you still faces the issue please provide me a temporary admin account so that I can check.

    Hi,

    Maybe this is due to the fact there are multiple roles. I remember you had a fix for that.

    Hi Erwin,
    The avatar is not related to roles. It is related to member type.

    If the member type is correctly assigned and avatar is not, something else is overriding default avatar for the user.

    Can you please grant us temporary admin access to check and assist you further.

    Yes, that’s the way it’s supposed to work. It has always worked like this.
    However, the problem was that users were no longer connected to the groups. So I don’t really know what to do.
