Are you facing the problem with profile cover upload feature not working with BuddyPress & Community Builder theme? If yes, Please follow the steps to troubleshoot.

Step 1:-Visit the BuddyPress Settings

Please login to your site and visit  Dashboard->Settings->BuddyPress shown below(If you are on multisite, It is under Network Admin->Settings)

Step 2:- Enable Legacy Template Pack.

Click on “Options” and select “BuddyPress Legacy” from the template pack and save.

Step 3:- Enable Cover Upload

Once you save the template pack selection, you will find the option to enable cover upload as shown below.

Tick the options to enable cover upload for users and group. Save the settings.

That’s it. Please visit your profile to see it working.
