Thank you for using the plugin. This page will guide you on how to create an Auto friendship list using the BuddyPress Auto Friendship Pro plugin.

The BuddyPress Auto Friendship Pro plugin supports two types of lists.

1. Global list: A global list is a list with no conditions applied to it and the members of this list will always be added as friends or followers based on the list type of the newly registered user. The site admins can also create relationships of these users with all the existing users.
2. Conditional list: A conditional list is a list with conditions applied to it. The site admins are allowed to apply a single condition or multiple conditions to the list. This plugin offers conditions based on Profile Fields, Roles, and Member Types (Profile Types), and the members of these lists will be added as friends or followers to those newly registered members who match the list conditions and same as the global list the site admins can also create relationships of these users with all the existing users.

Steps To Create A Global Friendship List:

Step 1: Visit Dashboard -> Users -> Friendship Lists.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New List” button.

Step 3: Under the List Members box, You can add members to the list.

Step 4: Under the Conditions box, Leave the conditions fields set to the default value so that no condition applies to that list.

Step 5: Under the List Type box, Select the list type i.e. users will be added friends, followers or followings.

Steps To Create A Conditional Friendship List:

Step 1: Visit Dashboard -> Users -> Friendship Lists.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New List” button.

Step 3: Under the List Members box, You can add members to the list.

Step 4:  Under the Conditions box, Configure the conditions from profile fields, user roles and member types.

Step 5: Under the List Type box, Select the list type i.e. users will be added friends, followers or followings.
