Not satisfied with Plugins, Themes or support? Need a refund? Though, It saddens us to see you go, we want you to be happy and satisfied.
In order to process your refund, Please provide following details:-
- Your BuddyDev username or email
- Your order id or PayPal transaction id.
- Your reason for refund
Drop us a line via the contact form with these details and we will do our best to process the request at the earliest. Normally, It should not take more than 2 hours to get the refund but sometimes, It may take up to 4 days.
Note:- We have a 30 days refund policy. Any purchase beyond 30 days will not be refunded.
Update: March 31, 2020
PayPal has stopped issuing refund for the fee they charge on your transaction. We will no longer issue a full refund. Your refunded amount will be calculated by subtracting PayPal fee from your Payment(normaly 3.9% + currency conversion fee). Please see this link for PayPal charges .
Exception:- If you are using any plugin from our list of unsupported plugins, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
