MediaPress Media Rating plugin allows users to rate media and list the top-rated media on a site using MediaPress. If BuddyPress is active, It uses local notifications to notify the uploader of any new ratings.

- Notifies the uploader of any new rating (When BuddyPress is active and the notifications component is enabled).
- Allows site admin to list top media for the site, filters by type, users, groups, etc.
