    .wpress file size is exceeding. How to upload the file in wordpress.

    Are you on multisite? If yes, you will need to change the settings from Network Admin->settings page and then from cpanel for file limit as explained below.

    You will also need to change the settings for php

    upload_max_filesize
    post_max_size
