    Hello,
    I use “BuddyPress User Contact Form” plugin.
    Can I add additional fields to my contact form? Like dropdown menu, radio buttons..

    I would like to add these fields:

    Phone number
    Country (dropdown menu)
    Adults (dropdown menu)

    Here is an example showing how to do it.

    Please put it in your functions.php or bp-custom.php and It will work.
