    Hi Thorsten,
    Thank you for reporting.

    We did not include any style with the plugin in favour of letting it inherit the style from theme.

    In future, we will provide a default style with the option to turn off and use theme style.

    For now,you may put this in css

    

.bp-user-contact-form input[type='text']
.bp-user-contact-form textarea{
   display:block;
   width: 100%;
}

    That should most probably fix it and make it look etter.

    Please let me know if it works for you or not?

    It seems the common css I suggested does not apply on your theme. Please link me to the page and I will supply specific css based on the theme.
