Setting for turning off emails when recieving messages has gone

    Hi there, suddenly my setting for turning off emails when recieving messages has gone. Activity streams is turned on. I suspected profile tabs pro to be the key to this issue, but the issue persists with the plugin deactivated.

    Which component are controlling the setting for deciding to receive emails or not when recieving private messages, and what should I activate to get this option back?

    Hi Carsten,
    Is there any chance that you have the notifications module turned off? If you can share me an image of your settings->Email page, I can have a better idea.
