[Resolved] Recent Profile Visitors – no visit count in tab

    Hi Brajesh, i just purchased Recent Profile Visitors plugin. for some reason i do not get the visit count in the profile tab.

    Any ideas, why this don’t work?

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for using the plugin.

    It seems to me that both the images are same.

    Please do note that the count in the tab bar shows the Unique visit count(ho many people visited) and not how many times.

    Hi Carsten,
    1. Please check the setting for the visited user(whose profile is being visited). Your configuration only considers the setting of visited user(always). Please check that. I am assuming it is not set to recording.

    Once you enable it, It will start recording.

    Hi Brajesh, thanks for your suggestion, but it seems like the profile settings are ok?

    Recieve Notification on new profile visits? Yes
    Recieve Notification on new profile visits by email? No

    Hmm that’s strange, I do not have that option under settings?

    Hi Carsten,
    Your settings have it disabled(allow users to change their preference).

    In this case, Can you please share me your default settings?
