[Resolved] Incorrect storage space used

    Hi,

    I have a user on my site that is unable to upload anything to their gallery because it’s telling her that there is 0% left of 2 GB. But she only has one video in her gallery that is 105 MB. I had encountered some errors on my server while she was batch uploading a few files, so I had to go and manually delete files out her Mediapress folder from the server. None of the failed uploads were showing in her gallery yet her storage allotment was completely depleted. How do I reset her storage space, so she can upload again?

    Hi Keith,
    I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    We store the usage details in a transient. It is calculated as soon as a file is uploaded. It is kept for 24 hours. Since it has been 24 hours, Please check if it is working for them or not?

    If not, I will share the name for transient(it uses user id) to help you delete it.

    It looks like it’s working now. She has 95% of her storage allotment now. Thanks.
