Profile visibility in Activity-Stream

    It would be great if users were able to globally set who can see their profile on the page “Sitewide Activity Stream”.

    Case: Admin wants to setup User Groups but his ID should not be visible in the “Sitewide Activity Stream”.

    Other users may also want to restrict who can see their stream globally.
