From/To Values Profile Field Type with two drop down select boxes

    Hi there, the From/To Values Profile Field Type is very useful, but it stands out from the rest in design and UI, as users have to manually enter values in the two fields.

    It would be great to have two drop down select boxes for the two value fields instead.
    I hope this will be an option in a future update

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for the suggestion.

    This is not the intended purpose of this field. It is a free form field. What you are suggesting is a specific use case and we should be better off with a different field type. It will be nice if you can suggest a name for the new field type, I will be glad to have it.

    Hi Brajesh, thanks for showing interest in adding this field, a name could be ‘Range Values’ or just’Range’, like the From/To Values Profile Field appears in BP Profile Search.

    Thank you.

    We already have a range field type, so that is not suitable. Let us come up with something else(I am thinking too). For now, Just adding the idea to our list.
