[Resolved] BuddyBlog – Allow post commenters to delete their comments.

    It is possible to allow post commenters the ability to delete their comment from the Blog Post page? Currently if a user comments on a blog post, the only way for the user to delete their comment is to return to the Activity Stream and delete it from there. I’m looking for a method for users to be able to delete a comment they posted from the Blog Post page. Do you know if this is possible?

    I’ve been looking through WordPress articles all day and cant find anything outside of a plugin.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for the question.

    1. WordPress does not allow users to delete their comment. Admins can.
    2. The activity entry is different from blog post comment. Users can delete the recording of their blog comment for activity stream(not the actual comment).

    I do not see any solution currently.
