Hi, I’m using BuddyBlog to let users populate a custom post type on my site — I’ve noticed we can currently only let them add a single featured image.
Ideally, we’d like folks to be able to upload multiple images (and associated captions), which we can then assign to the post via ACF.
Is there any workaround for this — or is this feature coming?
Thanks in advance!
Ryan
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for using the plugin. The Featured Image is a WordPress core feature(Post thumbnail) and that’s why there is only one.
If you need more images, you can use our upcoming image field type and store it as part of the meta. We are almost done with our new Field Type API and I am expecting it to go live in next 5-7 working days.
We will have image/file and other field types too.
Thank you
BrajeshHello! Did this go live? How do I make use of this feature? Thanks so much!
Hi Janel,
it is coming this Friday. We will be posting with docs to let you know.Regards
