page header and cover photos

    when I upload page headers and cover photos my site it gives me the suggested image size (which is 2000×400) but when I upload it the photo is to big that it doesn’t show..is there another image size how do I fix this please..

    Hi Samuel,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

    The theme needs 2000x450px header images. Are you uploading one at that dimension?

    Hi,
    It seems more like a background position issue.

    Can you try saving and then then checking on the front end without customizer? Also, if feasible, Please link me(you can mark the reply private if needed).
