Hi,
I’m coming back to BuddyPress after some time away. I’m confused by this…
If I am logged in as a customer, in a test account, and I send myself a test email, it lets me click on my username and avatar (from the message in the inbox in the test account) which takes the test account user to my profile. I see lots of good things there, like add as friend, private and public message.

But I also see things it seems like you wouldn’t want others to see…
Friends
Personal
Mentions
Groups

Is that normal to see another users stuff like that?
How would I control which of those things anyone can see?
When I go to Profile > Settings and the visibility box, it’s only showing me the custom fields I created, not the Friends, Groups, Mentions. How would I prevent those from being public?

Thanks so much in advance. I must just be missing some settings somewhere?
