Hi, I’m using Mediapress, MediaPress Paid Memberships Pro Storage Limit and will be adding in MediaPress Media Moderator as soon as I get this feature fixed. I can create a gallery and upload photo’s to it. But when I go to upload a cover photo for the gallery that photo shows I uploaded it then I click save, but the photo will not save. How do I fix this issue?

    Hi Kim,
Thank you for using the plugins.

    – Is it happening when using in combination with Paid Memberships Pro storage limit plugin?
    – Which theme and template pack are you using?
    – Is it happening for user/sitewide or groups gallery(which one did you test)

Please let me know the details and I will assist.

    Regards
    Brajesh

I’m not using Paid Memberships Pro but I’m using MediaPress Paid Memberships Pro Storage Limit which is set at 100 MB.

    BuddyX pro

We only have User Galleries which only friends only viewing. The media type setting is photo. Media size settings are all set on crop. Local storage. Media can only be uploaded to local files.

    Thank you
    Kim

Also I was logged in as a user account when I set up the gallery and not admin. I tested admin and that didn’t work either.
