Hi,
I’m trying to customise the /forums/ profile navigation. The user created topics is the sub menu by default.
I created a custom sub-menu My forums /my-forums/ using the shortcode [bbp-forum-index], it’s accessible at forums/my-forums
Then in the Default Subnav Slug of the main menu I set /my-forums/ so it will be accessible at the root /forums/It works, but the created topics sub-nav also stays as root and if I click on it it just reload my custom sub-menu page!
I tried to add a sub-menu saying it’s an existing one and setting /topics as the slug but it doesn’t work.
Any help will really be appreciated! Don’t hesitate if you have question, English is not my native language, I did my best.
Thanks a lot,
ClaireHi Claire,
Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.I am sorry, this does not seem related to BuddyPress User Profile Tabs creator pro plugin.
Are you trying to customize user’s BuddyPress profile tabs or their bbPress forum profile tabs?
Please help me understand and I will assist.
Regards
BrajeshHi Brajesh,
Thanks a lot for your quick answer! I reckon it’s the bbPress forum profile tabs I’m trying to customize.
I thought that when I set my custom sub-menu as default one, it will override the original default one by changing it to a classic sub-menu with it’s own slug. I can give you access to a staging website if it’s easier for you to understand.
Really hope you can help me understand what’s wrong.
Thanks,
ClaireHi Claire,
