[Resolved] Default group tab

    I’ve have paid for and downloaded the plugin “default group tab”. There is only one file in the folder, called “bp-default-group-tab.php”. File upload from the plugins page doesn’t recognise it and won’t upload it. I put it in via FTP under content/pluginss and it still doesn’t show up on the Plugins page. What should I try next? Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience.

    1. Please download the xip file and visit Dashboard->Plugins->Install->Add New
    2. Click on “Upload” and select the zip file you downloaded
    3. Install and activate.

    In case it does not work:- Are you using any download manager other than browser’s default downloader, that could cause issue or the issue could be caused by a security plugin on your site.

    If the above did not work, Please unzip the folder and move “bp-default-group-tab” to wp-content/plugins directory. This is the folder which has the php file.
    Then visit Dashboard->Plugins->Installed and activate it.
