On my buddypress site, I’d like to have a parent registration on my site, then have a registration form for them to fill out a child’s registration without email and password, and have the parent in charge of child’s account.

Thank you for the question.At the moment, there is no solution for BuddyBoss/BuddyPress. We are bringing this (parent account) as part of our upcoming community plugin in January.
