[Resolved] Creator Tab Pro

    The subtabs under my main tab are not showing up. I have the main tab set as a default tab. I have 2 subtabs created, verified the tab slug and modification settings, checked the subtab availabilty, reviewed the visibility rules, and cleared caching. Subtabs are still not showing.

    I am sorry for the experience.

    1. Is the main tab a custom tab created via this plugin or have you edited one of the existing tabs?
    2. Can you please tell me if you are using it with BuddyPress or BuddyBoss? If BuddyPress, which theme/template pack are you using?

    Please share the details and I will assist.

    Thank you for getting back to me, Brajesh. I figured it out. I was using the Creator Tab Pro for Buddypress but I needed the BuddyBoss Creator Tab plugin. I downloaded it and it’s working fine.

    I believe it was a mix between Group vs user profile tab creator.

    I am glad you figured it out and it is working now.
