    hi, on moment click from profile view, the page load in blank, i’m using WP 4.6.0 and BP 2.5.9.

    Hi,
    Can you please re exlain what is happening? Are you using a custom theme? Try enabling WP_DEBUg and see if you get any errors?

    Hi, yes it’s a custom theme. When I enter the profile page the screen is blank, I have already debugged and nothing is said.

    Hi,
    Try disabling the custom theme and enabling Twenty Sixteen. Does that make it work?
