Hey there,
I’m using Profile Visibility plugin.
Is there anyway to
1. See whatfields they have selected yes/no to, as admin?
2. Even more important, I’d like to set the visibility of an icon block to only show the icon IF the user has set privacy settings to allow logged in users to connect with them. Usually I use the visibility plugin and set it to display or not based on ACF fields, but since it isn’t an ACF field…Might there be a snippet which goes something like..
If the user chose “allow logged in users to contact me (see my profile)” when they registered, then, it sets a flag on an ACF field I could create like “set it to yes” – then my visibility plugin would work to display the “connect” icon.Any thoughts appreciated. I’d really like a way as admin to know what they select when they register, I don’t see any way for me to know.
Thanks
Also to clarify, I see that if I visit their member profile privacy tab in my Members tab (I’m using Memberpress with BuddyPress integration) – I see that if logged in as admin I can view their settings. I was more interested in
-if there is a field I can use for visibility
– an easy way to see all users settings in one place. For example, in Admin Columns Pro for usres, I can see details about them but not those details. It’s cumbersome to have to log into each user one at a time to see what they have set.
Thanks
Actually I was entirely wrong! I was just looking in the wrong place. Both aspects work great.
-Admin Columns pro does see them, I just had to look in custom fields, silly of me not to have thought of that. So now I can easily see what any user has selected.
-Same for block visibility. I just had to manually enter the field name and it works great. As always, great products and support, thanks Brajesh!
