Active Members List Not Updating

    Hi,
    I noticed that new registered (and activated) users don’t show up in my “active list” in the Members Directory. I do find them in the alphabetical list with the message “Not recently active”. However, I do know they logged in because they updated their profiles.
    How can I solve this issue?

    Hello Rik,

    Thank you for posting. Please navigate in the Back-end to the Users tab then go to the edit user screen of one of those users who are not showing in the active member list then go to the Extended tab look for Member’s Stats meta box and see if the last active time is showing or not. If not try to log in from that user and then check.
