    Hi Brajesh,
I’m not sure if it is an issue with my theme or in general. Uploading a document, e.g. a pdf-file leads to a big icon view within the newsfeed of a group. See screenshot

    https://www.screencast.com/t/G4NSg5hP8

Can I change the icon color of green?

By opening the document a lightbox opens and on the right the avatar of doc publisher doubles, see screenshot

    Can you confirm this?

    Best regards,
    Thorsten

    Found one more interesting issue:

    a) When I try to open this document link
    https://www.pragabuch.org/gruppen/reych-testonia-nr-1001/mediapress/pinnwand-doc-galerie/aenderung-sippungsverlauf-2

it can’t because the group is private. But

    b) when I use the download link of the original file with this link
    https://www.pragabuch.org/?mpp-download=1&media-id=4909

the download is possible. But for my understanding it shouldn’t.

And then deleting a newsfeed entry with an uploaded document it doesn’t delete the document. This isn’t fine too.

    Or what is your opinion?

    Best regards,
    Thorsten

    Hi Thorsten,

    1. You can override icons in yourtheme/mediapress/default/assets/images and put three icons

    – doc-large.png
    – doc-thumbnail.png

That will overide the default images for docs.

    2. It is not double. the first one is for the publisher of the image and the second one is the current logged user who may reply to the media. It is a css issue. We did not include much css and tried to use as much from theme as possible but that does not work sometime. If you link me as per my other post, I will assist with the css.

    3. Seems like a but with the mpp downloadable media. Can you please viti the gallery and see if the media is marked as private or public? The download only check for media status, if it is not public, then it is a bug in the downloadable media plugin. Please let me know and I will update.

    Regards
    Brajesh

and, when they click on an icon, how do we change the settings to the documents open in a new window or tab?

    Hi Andrea,
Please make sure you are using correct extensions and the right file path.

For disabling lightbox, I have added the option in MediaPress and with upcoming release you can disable it from the THeming settings as shown below.
