    Hi,

I use google connect on my website. The users who have registerd via Google, when they come back and login then they type in thei google credentials in the BP login form, but then the website doesn’t recognise the user because they should click on the google icon on the login form to connect via google. Is there a plugin or solution in order that when a user tries to login with Google that the login form recognizes it and a popup comes up saying to click on the google login icon to connect via Google because the password isn’t stored on the website?

I think this is a very important issue which would help the users remembering how they have registered.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    Regards
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,
    Thank you for the question.

I am assuming you are using a plugin for the social login/gogole login. Please contact the plugin author(s). They will be in a better position to assist you with it. If the plugin requests email from the service, this should not be a difficult issue.

    Regards

    Hi Brajesh,

Yes indeed it’s a plugin who mangages this, I thought it’s BP.

Thanks for the hint, I will contact the plugin developer.

    Regards
    Daniel
