    I’m also not having any luck assigning custom badges. I see it in the Edit User, but when I click it, Update Profile remains grayed out.

    Interestingly, when I disabled Yoast, I was able to update the profile.

    Hi,
    Thank you for using the plugin.
    No, the user can not.

    There are 3 ways ti assign badges to users currently:-

    1. By role
    2. By Member type
    2. By custom assigning them

    In future, we can add this ability if there are more interest in the same.

    When I select more than one member type, for some reason it blanks it when I Update 🤔

    Hi,
    I am assuming this is related to your other topic about sync.

    If you are using “IN” condition, please make sure the member types are comma separated.

    Please link me to a screenshot showing the condition(s). That will help me assist you better.

    Not sure how to upload a screen cap. :/

    Conditions

    Member Type > Equal to > industry,models,agents,education,influencers

    But it doesn’t Sync 🤔
