[Resolved] Badges code showing as plain text rather than displaying badge

    Hello, instead of showing the badge within private messages on the web site and in emails sent to users it’s showing the user’s name and then <span class=”bp-verified-badge”></span instead. Which is to say, rather than actually showing the verified badge, it’s showing the unrendered code. Please advise.

    Thank you for the question.

    It seems you are using BuddyPress Verified plugin. The code is not ours.

    The most probable reason is theme/template escaping meta content.

    Please contact the plugin author and they will assist you better.
