[Resolved] Badges not saving with BuddyBoss

    I have tried to create several badges but they are not saving, so I can’t assign them. What am I missing?

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    1. What happens when you are saving the badge details? Is it giving some error? Can you please link me to a screenshot showing the badges page.

    PS:- I just confirmed with BuddyBoss platform 1.4.9 that it is working. It is most probably some minor conflict.

    Cheers for the help Brajesh, I have spoken to my hosting provider and I will be updating the MySQL database this evening. I will let you know if there is still an issue.

    Hi Ben,
    Thank you for the update.

    once they upgrade the mysql, Please deactivate/reactivate the plugin. That will create the tables successfully.

    I have updated the mysql database to 5.7 and the tables are now there. So should all be good. Thanks once again for your help.
