In that case, I can suggest an automated approach. If number of posts is not too many, you can add the custom fields manually from the admin post edit screen(in dashboard).

Please do note that once you add a custom field with (_ prefix), The field won’t be visible to you. Just letting you know that it is normal behaviour.
