Hi Brajesh, there is a slight workflow issue with Blog Categories for groups in that when the user first sets up the group, the category does not exist for them to associate with the group. That means they have to complete the group setup without choosing the category , go set up a category (which involves visiting the back end) and then go back and select that category in group management.
What would be ideal is if during group setup the user was able to set up the category they need – often the same name as the group.

Thank you.I believe the only case it is possible when the site has no categories at all. It is not a workflow issue rather the admins should atleast create some category when they go live. That is the basic assumption.
Allowing creating category is outside the scope of this plugin and the above case is not a bug.
