Tagged: Member Types Pro
Hi there,
I’m actually working on a new website using WP & BuddyPress. I need to define several member types so I just bought your plugin and tried to install it. Most of functionnalities seems to work fine except one important thing to me: the slugs and tabs in the members directory don’t work properly. I mean, the tabs do appear, but the member count don’t and when I click on these tabs, results don’t get filtered as expected. Quite strange, because at the same time, the advanced research based on the member type works fine…
DOn’t know if it is due to the same issue, but on the profile pages, there’s another problem : the type displays something like this “professionnel”
Searching for a solution, I disabled this feature for one type => on the profile page, the problem then disappears, displaying an URL like this “https://mywebsite.com/members/?members_search=%C3%A9tudiant , that worksDO have an idea to solve these problems? If you need it, I can send you some screenshots or the URL of the website via DM or e-mail,
Have a nice day,
Philippe
