    I don’t believe Circle privacy is operating properly. I see no difference between the two when selected.

    Hi Bill,
    Welcome to BuddyDev.

    Is there a chance that you are visiting the other user as site admin? We do not restrict site admins from viewing private circles.

    Please check by visiting from a normal user account to the other user’s circles and let me know if it works or not?

    Is it about the “Circle” tab privacy/availability on a user’s profile or is it about the visibility of individual circle?

    Please let me know and I will check and update the plugin quickly if needed.
