    Does buddyblog pro allow gifs and keep their movement for featured image and content uploads with gifs?

    Hi,
    Yes, you can use gif and keep the animation.

    In WordPress, if you want t use GIF, Please make sure 2 things:-

    1. If you are using an image optimization plugin, Please make sure it does not optimizes your original gif and converts to static image.

    2. while inserting the media into editor, In the upload window, you should select “Full size” form the attachments size option.

    That will do it.
